Tired with phising - let's strike back

Phising site blocked.

Is it just me, or are you others tired with criminals. Like there was not already enough spam, I get almost everyday a phising post. Authorities try to block these sites as fast as they can, but there is always a danger, that someone gives his/her account information and looses money.

Now I have decided to do a trick back. I have started to add false information to phising forms. Now I just wondered, if there would be about 10 000 like me, there would not be sense to do phising anymore.

The idea is simple. Always, when you got phising mail, you click the mail and give false details to phising form. I'm a pervert and I really enjoy adding such Finnish names, which are totally unusable, if criminals try to use them in Finland, without knowing any Finnish language.

And if criminals get 10 000 form fills, which cannot be identified false, before trying, they will not be able to use those few correct account information, they might have got.

I'm from Finland, so I'm not supposed to get French mail from PayPal, but that sure does not stop me from answering your dirty phising post.

Like yourself, I click through on the phishing emails (using a Mac, so I don't get viruses from the pages themselves), and provide false information.

I give information that "looks" genuine, so they might try to sell it, but they are really fabrications.

If the Phishing sites get data that is 99% unusable, they would probably stop Phishing altogether.

I've never followed a link in an email that I wasn't expecting, and I've never ever stumbled on a phishing site.

I was starting to think they didn't exist.

I have to say, that most of phising sites are closed or marked, when I click them, but today there was a citibank phising site up, so I left false information there.
